Game rules — 1 in 50 orders refunded (September 2026)

Article 1 — Organiser

The game "1 in 50 orders refunded" (the "Game") is organised by MLPR, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Rouen Trade and Companies Register under number 908 188 675, headquartered at 2 rue Beauvoisine, 76000 Rouen, France, operating the NAKED Underwear brand (the "Organiser").

Article 2 — Websites and period

The Game runs from Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 00:00 to Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 11:59 pm (Paris time) on the following online stores: naked-underwear.com (including its English version), de.naked-underwear.com and nl.naked-underwear.com (the "Websites").

Article 3 — Entry

Every order placed and paid on any of the Websites during the Game period is automatically entered into that day's draw: no code, no minimum purchase, no registration. One order counts as one entry; several orders count as as many entries.

The Game is open to adults only. The following are excluded from the draw: orders cancelled or fully refunded before the draw, unpaid orders, clearly fraudulent orders, and orders placed by the Organiser's staff.

Article 4 — Draw

The draw is carried out separately for each Website (each market). Each Website's eligible orders are counted continuously, in order of arrival, over the whole Game period, and grouped into batches of 50: one order in 50 is refunded for each market. Every night at midnight (Paris time), a random draw designates one winning order in each batch of 50 completed that day. If a batch is incomplete at the end of the day, it carries over to the next day: for example, with 37 orders the day before, the count resumes at 37 and that batch is drawn as soon as it reaches 50 orders. At the Game's final draw, the last batch is drawn even if incomplete: every order therefore takes part in a draw.

The draw is performed by a timestamped random computer process, under the Organiser's responsibility, among eligible order numbers.

Article 5 — Prize

Each winning order is fully refunded: products and shipping costs, for the amount actually paid (after any discounts). The refund order is issued within 24 hours of the draw, to the payment method used for the order, through the Website's payment platform. The time it takes to appear on your account then depends on your bank (usually 2 to 5 business days).

Article 6 — Winner notification

Winners are notified by email at the address provided with the order, no later than the morning after the draw, then receive their refund confirmation. No winner's name is published without consent.

Article 7 — Refund and right of withdrawal

The Game refund corresponds to all sums paid for the winning order. If the right of withdrawal is later exercised on that order, no additional refund is due, as all sums have already been returned. Legal warranties and the Website's exchange policy remain applicable.

Article 8 — Changes to the Game

The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend or modify the Game, including its entry period. Any change is published on this page, which prevails.

Article 9 — Personal data

Order data is processed by MLPR, as data controller, solely to run the Game (identifying eligible orders, drawing, refunding, notifying winners), in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy. Access, rectification, erasure and objection rights: contact@naked-underwear.com.

Article 10 — Acceptance, complaints and disputes

Entering the Game implies full acceptance of these rules. The Game is governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
