General Terms of Use

Article 1: Website publisher

The naked-underwear.com website (the "Website") is published by SAS MLPR, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of €1,000, RCS Rouen 908 188 675, registered office: 2 rue Beauvoisine, 76000 Rouen, France, intra-Community VAT number FR64908188675. Article 2: Purpose

These general terms of use (the "Terms of Use") define the rules for accessing and using the Website. By browsing the Website, the user accepts them. Purchases made on the Website are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 3: Access to the Website

The Website is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access, the access costs remaining at the user's expense. Use of the Website is reserved for adults (18 years of age or over). The Seller endeavors to ensure continuous access to the Website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, updates, technical incidents).

Article 4: Customer account

Creating an account requires accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. In the event of fraudulent use of their account, the user undertakes to inform the Seller without delay.

Article 5: Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to use the Website: for illegal or fraudulent purposes; to infringe the rights of third parties or of the Seller (in particular intellectual property rights); to disseminate unlawful, defamatory or malicious content; to introduce viruses or any code likely to alter the operation of the Website; to collect other users' personal data; or to hinder the operation of the Website. The Seller may suspend access to the Website for any user who breaches these rules, without prejudice to any action for damages.

Article 6: Intellectual property

All elements of the Website (trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, videos, graphic designs) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of SAS MLPR or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

Article 7: Links to third-party websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (social networks, payment providers, carriers). The Seller has no control over these websites and invites the user to read their own terms and policies.

Article 8: User reviews and content

Where user reviews or content are published or shared, the user warrants that they are genuine, based on a real experience, and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties. The Seller does not pay for the publication of reviews and does not alter their content.

Article 9: Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data carried out via the Website is described in the Privacy Policy. The placing of trackers is subject to the user's consent via the cookie management banner, in accordance with the regulations.

Article 10: Liability

The Seller uses reasonable means to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and kept up to date. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or excludes the rights that consumers hold under mandatory legal provisions, in particular the legal guarantees applicable to products purchased on the Website.

Article 11: Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their application, and failing an amicable resolution (customer service, then the consumer mediator MED CONSO DEV, whose contact details appear in the Terms of Sale and the Legal Notice), the competent court is determined according to the rules of ordinary law; in particular, the consumer may bring the matter before the court of the place where they resided at the time the contract was concluded.

Article 12: Amendments to the Terms of Use

The Seller may amend these Terms of Use. The applicable version is the one published on the Website on the date of use; amendments do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
